From a young age, I was working alongside my family's blind business in Indianapolis, learning every side of it: cleaning blinds, installing them, sales, ordering, and the customer service that ties it all together. I learned early on that the real work isn't just hanging a shade — it's making sure a customer feels taken care of, especially during something as stressful as building or renovating a home.
A couple of years ago, I moved to Charlotte and saw an opportunity to bring that same hands-on expertise to homeowners across the Carolinas.
